Tomorrow from 9AM Plymstock Oaks RFC will proudly unveil its new fitness centre, Oaks Gym. Jointly funded by South Hams Council, this facility is designed to support not only the club’s players but also to promote health and wellness within the wider community.
The gym features a variety of equipment, including free weights, a rowing machine, airdyne bike and SkiErg, providing a workout experience for users of all fitness levels. Director of Rugby, Jack Hardman, shared his enthusiasm: “This facility is a fantastic addition to Oaks. It enables the club’s players to keep in shape off the field and provides an incredible opportunity for local residents to engage in fitness,” he stated.
Oaks Gym is committed to making fitness accessible, offering an annual membership at an affordable rate of just £60. To celebrate the grand opening, there will be a special introductory discount of 20% for residents of Brixton and Wembury, making it an even more attractive option for those looking to kickstart their fitness journey.
Join us for the grand opening where we invite everyone to explore the space and take the first step toward a healthier, stronger you!
